| 摘 要： | 本文以计量经济学方法对20世纪90年代以来我国外商投资区域决定因素进行分析，通过逐步增加变量和两阶段对比研究，重点考察了以人力资本为中心的外资区域分布决定因素的动态演变规律。结果表明，相对于其他变量而言，人力资本是各地区在吸引和利用外资过程中唯一可以有限控制的因素。提高人力资本水平，不仅有利于各地区改善利用外资状况，而且可以形成区域经济发展的持久动力。

Analysis on Evolution of Determinants for FDI on Geographic Distribution in China |

| Abstract: | With econometric method, the paper analyzes the factors that have been used to determine the distribution of FDI in China since 1990, and it puts an emphasis on evolutionary rules of these determinants, especially the human capital. The results show that the human capital, comparatively, is the uniquely limited control factor for all regions to attract the FDI. The upgrading of the level of human capital is not only helpful for regions to improve investment circumstances, but for the sustainable development. |
