越南庄园经济的发展及其存在的问题

1986年越南实行“革新”政策以来,越南农业和农村出现了一种新的生产经营组织形式,即庄园经济。庄园经济具有生产规模化、商品化、高效化等特点,庄园主既是管理者,又是生产者,同时,庄园还雇用一定数量的农业工人。庄园经济在开拓土地种植面积、增加农民收入,创造农村就业机会,繁荣农村经济等方面发挥了重要作用。鼓励和引导庄园经济发展成为越南一项基本的农业政策。越南庄园经济的发展也存在一些有待解决的政策和理论问题。

The Development and Problem of Manor Economy in Vietnam

Manor economy is a new organizational form of agricultural production and operation,which was permitted to be established in Vietnam at the end of 1980s.This form,since the "reform" of 1986,has been developing with the development of the manor economy.Vietnam's material and technology basis in agriculture and rural areas has been more or less strengthened.However,it is urgently necessary to study and settle such problems as stipulating the unitary standard to define the manor economy,issuing licences to owners and putting into effect the stipulated policies.
