| 摘 要： | 近代女性高等教育在其权益保障方面的缺陷及不足大致为:由于当时政治黑暗、官场腐败,所推行的一系列教育保障制度或政策,由于人为的、政治的原因不能实施或很难实施;也由于制度保障不力,女性高等教育的经费严重不足,影响了近代女性高等教育的进程;并且没有完善的对教育者和受教育者的政治、经济及人身的基本保障权。

| Abstract: | Defects and shortcomings of women's higher education rights and interests protection in modern times roughly include: a series of systems or policies on education protection,which could not be implemented or were too difficult to implement due to then dark politics and governments;severe shortage of funds for women's higher education because of the slackness of policies enforcement;lack of systematically basic political,economical and personal protection for educators and students. |
