| 摘 要： | 通过扩大居民消费需求带动经济增长 ,应当是我国经济实现健康快速增长的基本方式 ,这是市场对资源配置发生作用的表现形式。当前大规模增加居民消费支出 ,特别是对教育服务的消费具有重要的战略意义。

| Abstract: | This paper thinks that driving economical growth by enlarging inhabitant's requirement of consumption is a basic way of healthily and fast realizing growth of our country's economy. This is a form of expression that markets play a part in disposition of resources.At present,it will have important strategic sense to add inhabitant's expenditure of cousumption on a large scale,especially in educational service. |
