| Abstract: | In Strange Tales of a Lonely Studio,the story of Yan Zhi is a masterpiece of legal case novels,which analyzes some legal issues.Through the research on some legal issues in criminal procedure system,such as judicial privilege,jurisdiction,inquisition by torture,and the judgement of civil claim annexed to a criminal case,this paper analyzes the differences of legal system in Qing Dynasty and in literature. |
