| Abstract: | In the past , the western developed countries always dominated in the legislation of international economy and such a situation is now undergoing some inherent variations-from absolute dominance to relative dominance, from inflexible dominance to flexible dominance, from unitary dominance to multilateral dominance, from emphasizing the right of policymaking to emphasizing the right of interpretting and practising the legislation. |
