| Abstract: | The sixteenth congress of the Chinese Communist Party puts forward the goal constructing a society with a modest competence comprehensively. The goal has been enriched and developed gradually during constructing Chinese characteristics' socialism and deeply comprehending Marxist theory. Therefore, understanding deeply the philosophical meaning of constructing a society with a modest competence comprehensively has important significance theory and reality for advancing socialism's modernized construct and realizing constructing a society with a modest competence comprehensively. |
