| 摘 要： | 师德建设是学校思想建设和校园精神文明建设的一项重要工作，进入21世纪这一新的历史时期，传统的师德观已经不能适应当代教师道德修养建设。本文探讨了“以人为本”的师德建设中存在的问题及原因，并提出了解决这些问题的意见和建议，旨在为新时期的师德建设提供一种新的思路。
