| 摘 要： | 针对抗日战争时期中国共产党在民主监督机制建设方面取得的重要成果，建立了民主集中制原则指导下的权力制约机制和广泛的监督机制，优化了民主政治建设的法制环境。分析阐明其对当前的民主监督机制建设具有重要启示：没有监督就没有民主，必须加强内外部监督，实行依法治国。
