| 摘 要： | 中国的企业年金市场尚处于起步阶段,企业年金的规模偏小、运行流程还不够健全。但不可否认的是,在未来不长的时间内,随着我国社会养老保险体系的不断完善,中国的企业年金将会高速增长并逐步走向规范化。通过对国外企业年金运作模式的比较,探讨了企业年金发展的国际趋势,在此基础上剖析了中国企业年金发展的现状及其存在的问题,最后针对中国企业年金的发展作出了分析。

| Abstract: | Chinese entrepreneurial benefits are still in intial stage.Even though its scope is small and its operation is not standardized,Chinese entrepreneurial benefits will be normalized with development of social old-age insurance system in China.In the article,we will make a comparison of foreign operative models of entrepreneurial benefits,then discuss the international experiences and trends about entrepreneurial benefits'development.On the basis,we will further discover the problems of Chinese entrepreneurial benefits.At last,we will analyze how to fasten the development of entrepreneurial benefits in China. |
