| 摘 要： | 在分析建筑企业竞争力测评研究现状和不足的基础上,针对我国建筑企业的特点,构建了建筑企业竞争力测评模型,提出了测评模型的设计原则和方法,建立了CEMCE指标体系,并综合运用层次分析法和模糊数学对指标体系进行了权重计算和指标处理,最后运用该测评模型对H建设公司进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Based on current study about the competence evaluation of construction enterprises,in light of the characteristics of China's construction enterprises,a competence evaluation model of construction enterprises(CEMCE) is built.The rules and methods to establish the CEMCE are presented and the evaluation index system is set up.By using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics,weight calculation and indexes data processing are implemented.Finally,the CEMCE was applied in a construction corporation for empiral research. |
