老年人经尺动脉途径冠脉介入治疗的临床研究

目的比较经尺动脉途径和经桡动脉途径介入治疗的可行性。方法10例患者经尺动脉途径介入治疗,成功7例,其中5例为冠脉造影,2例为支架植入,与经桡动脉途径介入治疗病例105例进行比较。结果平均路径建立时间和导管的操作时间与经桡动脉途径无显著区别。冠脉造影及支架植入经两种途径的成功率对比无显著区别。7例患者中没有并发症发生。结论经尺动脉途径可作为另一个可行的冠脉诊断和治疗途径,同时可保留桡动脉用于做外科冠脉搭桥。

Coronary Intervention From Transulnar Approach in Elderly Patients

Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the feasibility,safety,and efficacy of TUA with TRA intervention.Methods We tried transulnar(TUA)approach in 10 cases and succeeded in 7.There were 5 diagnostic catheterization and 2 angioplasty.They were compared with those 105 cases from transradial approache.Results The average time of cannulation and that for catheterization were comparable with those of transradial approach.Success rate of PCI and CAG were the same in two different approaches.No complication was observed in 7 cases.The stress test and left ventricular ejection fraction were improved post PCI.Conclusion The ulnar approach may be another feasible approach for coronary intervention,while preserving the radial artery as a potential coronary bypass graft for surgical myocardial revascularization.
