少数民族地区公务员绩效考核研究

摘    要:少数民族地区公务员的素质高低和工作绩效直接关系到党和国家在少数民族地区的方针、政策的贯彻落实,关系到基层政权的稳定。文章分析了少数民族地区公务员绩效考核中存在的突出问题,提出了构建少数民族地区公务员绩效考核机制的对策。
