| 摘 要： | 通过对国外高等职业教育成功办学经验的分析比较,根据我国高等职业教育发展的现状,提出其战略调整,即高素质的培养目标、多层次的培养规格、终身化的教育体系及多元化的人才培养模式,并据此提出了我国高等职业教育发展的应变策略。

| Abstract: | By analyzing and comparing the experiences of other countries' running a school in higher vocational education,according to the present situation of our country,the paper put forward the strategic adjustment,i.e.the high-qualified nurturing goals,multilevel nurturing standard,life long educational system and varied talent nurturing mode,and the it gave out the contingency measures to the development of higher vocational education in our country. |
