| Abstract: | The development of the higher education cause is closely related to the guidance of the scientific development outlook. It is the higher education's kernel goal to stick to the people-first approach and realize their all-round development. The coordination and the unification of the scale, the quality, the structure and the benefits are important link to ensure the sustainable development of higher education. The development of higher education should be in harmony with the development of the economical society. |
