中日关系中的安全困境

中日"安全困境"的产生,既有物质方面的原因,也有观念层面上的因素.对于前者,部分可以通过现实主义理论加以解释;而对于后者,近年来在国际关系理论中兴起的建构主义理论能够对此做出比较合理的说明.从建构主义理论的视角出发,要想缓解中日关系中的安全困境、改善两国之间的关系,就有必要努力寻求双方的战略利益交汇点,通过加强两国在这些交汇点上的交流与合作,以点带面地改变两国彼此猜忌的现状.

Security Dilemma in the Sino-Japanese Relationship

The international community today has been characterized with anarchy,which results in the"security dilemma"among the cross-national relations.The stagnation of Sino-Japanese relation reflects the effects of security dilemma caused by both material and conceptual reasons.As for the former aspect,it can be explained partly by realist theory;the later one can be reasonably presented by the rising constructivism among the recent theories of international relations.Constructivism illustrates how to step out the"security dilemma".From the perspective of constructivism,we have to find out the common strategic benefits for both China and Japan to solve the dilemma and improve the relations of the two.By strengthening the communications and cooperation based on this strategic convergence,the current situation in which China and Japan are suspicious about each other will be improved,and this target can be attained step by step.
