| Abstract: | From the last two decades, Hunan local education has been developing swiftly ,and it has not only shown good impetus for development and also absorbed some experience.However , there still has been troubles that can't be ignored.This article introduces the methods on the development of Hunan local education from the following four aspects : first, liberating the minds , improving the consciousness ; second , clearing the thread, planning the development ; third, enforcing the construction , making the base; forth, strengthening the control, bettering the behavior. |
