| 摘 要： | 技术效率是影响制造业竞争力的关键因素.利用数据包络分析和Tobit模型对2003-2007年我国28个制造业行业技术效率的现状及其影响因素进行了分析.结果表明,我国制造业整体技术效率水平不高,并且各个行业技术效率水平差异较大.同时,不同技术水平的制造业行业不但技术效率的构成不同,影响技术效率的因素也有较为明显的差异.

| Abstract: | Technical efficiency plays a key role in building the competitiveness of manufacturing. Employing Data Envelopment Analysis and Tobit model,this paper estimated and analyzed the technical efficiencies and their determinants for 28 sub-sectors of manufacturing between 2003 and 2007. It is found that on the whole technical efficiency is relatively low for China's manufacturing and differs significantly across sub-sectors.
