胱氨酸母液粉中氨基酸含量与营养评价

摘    要:对胱氨权母液粉的氨基酸含量进行了测定分析,并与畜牧业中常用的部分饲料原料进行了比较。结果表明:胱氨酸母液粉中含有17种氨基酸,其中9种为生长动物必需氨基酸,虽然必需氨基酸组成不平衡,介必需氨基酸含量介于豆肉骨粉之间。

Abstract:The amino acid contents in the cystine motherliquid powder were determined and compared with some diet components used in livestock industry. The results showed that 17 kinds of imperative amino acids were found in the cystine motherliquid powder, nine of which were imperative for most growing animals. Though the composition of the amino acids was not balanced,the contents were among that of bean cake and bone-flesh powder.
