| 摘 要： | 采用垂直聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对几种不同体色黄鳝的肾组织酯酶（ＥＳＴ）同功酶进行了分析，结果表明：其酶谱显示４区１１条带，不同体色黄鳝的ＥＳＴ同功酶存在明显的差异。红鳝缺Ｅ３、Ｅ４区，但Ｅ２区酶带的表达较其它体色个体更为明显。

| Abstract: | The esterase (EST) in several bodily colors ricefield eels' kidney were analyzed by ployecrylamide grandient gel vertical electrophoris. The result shows that the patterns of EST are 4 regions and 11 bands, being obviously different according to bodily colors. The EST of the red ricefield eels have no E, and E. regions. But the region E2 is more dominant than others. |
