| 摘 要： | 阐明了在认真学习“三个代表”的基础上 ,把“始终代表先进文化的前进方向”作为高校教育的指南 ,并对大学生进行全面的素质教育。在新世纪教育改革洪流中进一步解放思想、坚持改革、实事求是、锐意创新、开拓进取 ,进一步提高大学生的素质教育。

| Abstract: | Based on studying "Three Represents" conscientiously, the forward direction of representing advanced civilization from beginning to end is regarded as the guide in colleges' education in colleges' deucation in this paper. And the quality education is comprehensively carried out among the college students. At the same time, many measures are adopted to further improve the college students' quality education in the flood of new century's educational reform, such as emancipating the mind, adhering to reforms. Seeking truth from facts, making innovations with keen determination, pioneering and keeping forging ahead. |
