| 摘 要： | 张书绅的《新说西游记》是清代《西游记》版本演变史上独具意义的一种版本。其文字主要来自于明代百回全本，又根据清代真诠本加进了唐僧身世故事。其评点文字认为《西游记》“原是证圣贤儒家之道”，把《西游记》看成是儒家经典著作《大学》，不免牵强附会。但是，其将《西游记》看作一部具有寓言意味的哲理性小说，并从社会学和人性的高度来看待《西游记》，有其合理的内涵；特别是比较全面地揭示了《西游记》“奇”的特点和“幻中有真”的高度艺术境界，对认识《西游记》的美学价值有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | A New Journey to the West by Zhang Shushen is a unique version in the evolution of A Journey to the West in the Qing Dynasty.On the basis of 100-chapter version in the Ming Dynasty,Zhang added Hsuan Tsang's life story to his own version according to the version in the Qing Dynasty.His comments on it are hardly convincing that A Journey to the West was an interpretation of Confucianism and it equaled to the Confucian classics Great Learning.However,it is reasonable to regard A Journey to the West as a philosophical fable and analyze it from the perspective of sociology and human nature.Most significantly,he contributed a lot to the understanding of the aesthetic value of the novel by comprehensively unveiling its characteristic of estrangement and the high artistic conception of integrating the real in fantasy. |
