| 摘 要： | 比较了中西音乐艺术教育观念中人才观和教学观的差异:人才观方面,西方重个性的发展,中国重道德人格的培养; 教学观方面,西方注重音乐本体研究,重理论教育以及多元化的教学方式,中国侧重音乐的宏观研究,重经验教育,教学方式单一.这些差异产生的根源是中西方哲学思想、世界观以及文化方面的不同.
