关于民族发展问题的几点理论思考

首先从界定“发展”和“民族发展”概念入手，指出民族发展是民族社会形态的整体和系统的转变，特别是从传统社会向现代社会的转变，进而分析了民族发展的主体性、历史性、文化规定性和一般同质性的基本特征；疏理并概括了建国后民族发展理论的演变轨迹，即从政治平等发展理论到经济不平衡发展理论再到全面协调发展理论，并进行简要评述；最后提出要推动民族发展理论的当代创新和发展应着重认识民族发展的主体地位、文化重构和人力增值等三个基本方面。

Theoretical Reflections on Ethnic Development

First from defining the concepts of "development" and "ethnic development",this paper points out that the ethnic development is the whole and systematic change of ethnic social form,especially the change from traditional society into modern society.The paper further analyzes the subjective,historical,cultural,and homogeneous features of ethnic development and summarizes the theories of ethnic development after liberation,that is,from the theory of political equality to unbalanced economic development and to an over-all harmonious development,and gives them brief comments.It is pointed out that to promote the theoretical innovation of ethnic development,attention should be given to its subjective position,cultural reconstruction,and human value increase.
