| 摘 要： | 村民自治体现了广大农民群众对民主真正意义的追求，是社会转型时期化解矛盾维护稳定的法宝，是建设社会主义新农村的组织管理制度，是探索建设中国特色政治现代化建设道路积极有效的途径，是国家其他民主生活实践可资借鉴的示范；村民自治正在中国特有经济社会结构中产生民主理论。

| Abstract: | Villager autonomy reflects that the masses of farmers are in pursuit of the true sense of democracy. It is a magic weapon to resolve social conflicts and safeguard stability in the social transition period,an organizational and management system to build a new socialist countryside,an active and effective approach to explore and build political modernization with Chinese characteristic,a reference model set for other democratic countries in practice,a democracy theory born in Chinese unique economic and social structure. |
