| 摘 要： | 旅游咨询服务中心是旅游服务体系的重要组成部分。目前北京市已经建立了覆盖十八个区(县)的旅游咨询服务体系。本文即以此为研究对象,结合北京2008年奥运会和首都旅游业发展的需求,通过实地考察,深入分析了旅游咨询服务中心的机构建设、运营模式、服务内容和发展趋势,并提出了相应的建设性意见,以期促进旅游咨询服务中心的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | Tourist information centers,the public organizations providing individual tourists with free tour-related information and assistance,play very important roles in tourist service system.An information service network covering all the 18 districts and counties in Beijing has been established so far.Having conducted a on-spot study of some of the centers with regard to the organizations,scopes and modes of services,etc.,the paper makes suggestions for further development of the Tourist Information Centers in Beijing. |
