| 摘 要： | 近年来,屡屡出现一部分先富裕起来的人被劫乃至被杀的恶性事件,此类事件不仅危害社会安定,更直接的是侵害公民的财产和人生权,在对罪犯绳之以法的同时,还必须进一步探究其产生的社会心理、历史文化的根源,同时告诫人们要增强防范意识,有效地保护人身和财产不受侵犯。

| Abstract: | Recently, more and more rich people were robbed and even killed, which not only endangers social security, but also infringed upon citizens' properties and human rights. This articles points out that it is necessary to study the social mentality and roots of history and culture behind the phenomenon. Also, people should be warned to keep away from the robbery to protect their properties and securities. |
