| Abstract: | The circulating capitals and rent business were products of financial innovation in the world in 1920s and 1960s,which combined circulating capitals and goods as a body in luding collecting capitals investment,trade,property management and other function,and whose special functions for economical development were paid massive attention to by many nations and governments.With the improvement and development of socialist market economy in our country,circulating capitals and rent business will bring special function into full play. |
