试析冷战后日本对华政策的“政经分离”

冷战结束后,日本政府试图在政治方面限制中国的崛起,同时又不断深化对华经济关系谋求摆脱经济萧条的影响,由此导致了冷战后日本对华政策的“政经分离”.究其实质而言,日本对华政策的“政经分离”是其传统现实主义外交路线与其“商业立国”的国策相融合的结果;是日本游走于接受“美国治下和平”与攫取“中国特需”带来的红利的结构性选择,其根本目的在于实现日本“政治大国”的目标.从中美日三边结构层面观察日本“政经分离”路线有助于我们破解日本两面性的对华政策,赋予东北亚地区整合以建设性力量.

The separation Between Japanese Economic Policy and Political Policy to China Under the Trilateral Structure of PRC-USA-Japan

Since the end of Cold War, Japanese government has tried to restrain the rise of China, while strengthening the economic relations between PRC and Japan to get rid of the recession. It brings about the separation between Japanese economic policy and the political one to China. Actually, this separation is the outcome of the blend of Japanese traditional realism diplomacy and the merchant-realism. This separation in Japanese policies to China, which serves for the target of Japan to become a great political power, is the Japanese subjective choice to accept the ＂Pax Amrica＂ and the benefits resulted from the export to China. From the perspective of trilateral structure of PRC-USA-Japan, it will help us to deal with Japanese policies with two parts and grand the constructive force to the integration of Northeast Asia.
