On the Local Music Culture Education in Colleges and Universities in Southern Fujian

In order to establish the varieties of cultural style and reinforce the vitality of Chinese culture, colleges and universities in southern Fujian are not only responsible to cultivate their students in the traditional approach, but also play an important role in promoting the local culture.
