| 摘 要： | 21世纪执政党建设之所以要把党情置于基础性的位置 ,是当代中国社会深刻变革及其对政治上层建筑作用所使然。党情是党的建设的立足点和出发点 ,只有认清党情 ,把握党情 ,才能谋划党的建设的重大举措和发展思路 ,才能以创新的精神回答和解决好建什么样的党 ,怎样建设党这一党的建设的战略性课题
