临川王刘义庆招集文士活动考辨

南朝宋临川王刘义庆爱好文义,以其宗室令望,致力于文学人才之招集活动。刘义庆所招文士,入于义庆府者共八人,另有三人辟而不就;所形成的文学群体在人员的出入流动中保持了相对一定的规模。刘义庆招集文士的活动,自刘宋开国之始一直持续到其晚年,在江州会聚文士只是其整个招集文士活动中的一点。除开江州以外,京师建康、荆州、南兖州也是刘义庆招集文士的重要地点,尤以荆州最为突出。因此,所谓"江州中心论"实际上是站不住脚的,荆州时期才是刘义庆招集文士活动最为重要的一个阶段。

This article includes the following conclusions according to the history that the number of literates assembled by Liu yiqing is eight,which has been considered only four.Besides,there are three literates that they didn't came in Liu Yiqing's administration although assembled,too.Assembling literates in Jiang state is only one of phases in continuous assembling action of Liu Yiqing through his life,and the group of literates retained relatively consistent quantity even though the group existed mobility.
