| 摘 要： | “群体心态学”是与政治学、心理学、行政学等学科相关的边缘学科。其研究的动因是出于人类社会已进入“群体时代”,常常受到某种群体行为的冲击。一百年来,该学科经历了五个发展阶段,目前的研究正深入群体心态所具有的种种机制,目的是为了有效组织并引导群体行为,促进经济社会的稳定发展。

| Abstract: | Group psychology is an inter-discipline that is related to such disciplines as politics,psychology and science of administration.The frequent group activities led to the establishment of the discipline,which has gone through five stages of development in the past ten decades.It has reached to the point where the various features of group psychology are being studied,the aim of which is to effectively organize and control group activities so as to maintain social stability and promote economic development. |
