| 摘 要： | 实现中部崛起防止“中部塌陷”,是统筹区域发展新思路对中部地区经济发展提出的新要求,也是我国区域经济发展战略进入新的历史阶段的重要标志。既要充分认识中部地区的优势条件、战略机遇等现实基础和制约因素,又要加快工业化,构建中部城市群经济增长带,拉长产业链条,全面提高对外开放水平与不断优化发展环境。
