| 摘 要： | 在分析产权概念的基础上 ,探讨了矿权 (矿产资源产权 )的定义 ,认为矿权是由矿产资源的所有权以及由该所有权所派生出来的矿业权 (探矿权和采矿权 )组成。对矿权和矿业权作了区分 ,认为矿业权是矿权的一部分。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the concept of property rights,an explorative discussion is made of the definition of property rights of mineral resources.It is thought that property rights of mineral resources are made up of the ownership of mineral resources and its derivation called mineral properties (i.e.rights of exploration and exploitation).A distinction is made between property rights of mineral resources and mineral properties,seeing the latter as a part of the former. |
