金朝对陇南吐蕃的招抚

金朝时期,在甘肃的河、洮、岷、叠、宕、阶及积石军等地,散布有众多吐蕃部族。金朝对这一地区的吐蕃部族实行招抚政策,鲁黎、葩俄、黎、突门等族首领纷纷率族归附,并对反叛的吐蕃木波部也行招抚予以平息,结什角与庄浪四族的归附,更是金朝招抚政策的体现。陇南吐蕃的归附,有利于这一地区社会的安定与生产的发展。

Amnesty of Long Nan Tibetans in Jin Dynasty

In Jin Dynasty,many Tibetan tribes lived all over the southern part of Gan Su province.The Jin Dynasty government carried out amnesty policy to the Tibetan tribes in the regions Such as Lu Li,Ba E,Gua Li,and Tu Men and so on.At the same time,in order to calm down the rebelling of Mu Bo tribe,Jin government also practised the amnesty policy to it.The submission of Jie Shi Jue and Zhuang Lang tribes was more the reflection of Jin Dynasty's Amnesty Policy.The amnesty of Long Nan Tibetans was benefical to the stabilization of society and development of production of these areas.
