| 摘 要： | 依据1978～2005年山东省所有制结构、GDP和劳动就业的时间序列数据，采用协整分析方法和格兰杰因果检验方法，从GDP和劳动就业两个方面检验了山东省所有制结构调整的效果。检验结果显示，只有集体经济与山东省经济增长、劳动就业之间存在着协整关系，即集体经济对山东省经济增长和劳动就业的促进作用较为明显。

| Abstract: | According to the time series data（1978- 2005） of ownership structure and GDP＆ labor force employment of Shandong province, we use Co- integration analysis method and Granger- causality Test to test the effect of ownership structure adjustment of Shandong province from GDP and labor force employment two aspects. The research results indicate that there is Co- integration relationship only between collective ownership and economic growth ＆ labor force employment, namely collective ownership plays an important role in economic growth and labor force employment of Shandong province. |
