| 摘 要： | 政治文化是一个民族发展壮大的精神支柱，近些年来我国的政治文化建设遇到了严峻的挑战，出现了政治理想淡化、政治价值取向日趋多元化以及政治参与热情下降等问题。究其原因，在于我们对因社会发展而带来的政治心理和政治诉求的变革缺少理论准备。根据时代的特点和社会的需要重构民族政治文化已成当务之需。
