| Abstract: | Science and technology coming apart economy is the basic contradiction of technical development in our country.Its performance is the following several aspects:the science and technology comes apart the production seri- ously;it is unreasonable for the main body of the scientific research investment;it is dislocation for the main body of technical innovation.Through establishing and improving the market system of science and technology and walking the union-integration pathway of produces and studies,it can cause the enterprise to become the main body of the techni- cal innovation. |
