独立学院毕业生就业问题研究

在全国就业形势总体严峻，就业结构性矛盾表现突出的情况下，独立学院毕业生就业形势更加严峻，问题更加突出，呈现出签约率相对低、专业对口比率相对低、总体收入平均水平低和工作稳定性差的明显特征，但同时也迎来国家引导部分高校向职业教育转型的发展机遇。要解决独立学院毕业生就业问题，需要多方共同努力，政府相关部门应加强制度设计，提供财政支持和政策支持；高校应注重办学特色，明确办学定位，加强就业指导和服务；学生应树立正确择业观，积极就业创业。

Employment of Independent College Graduates

While the overall situation of employment is severe with outstanding structural contradic-tions,independent college students are faced with even worse employment problems,such as relative-ly lower employment rate,higher rate of discord between profession and major,lower average in-come,and career instability.However,there is an opportunity in that the government has started to transform some colleges and universities into vocational institutions.This paper argues that,in order to solve the employment problems of independent college graduates,joint efforts have to be made. Specifically,the government should strengthen the institution design and provide financial and policy supports;the higher education institutions should build up their own strengths with a clear orienta-tion,and enhance employment guidance and service;the graduates should develop proper views of employment and be actively involved in starting their own career or business.
