Allen E. Buchanan's New Interpretation of Marx's Concept of Exploitation

Analyzing Marxism＇s reconstruction of the theory of exploitation has greatly stirred philosophy circle in the western world. In response to this thesis, American professor Allen E. Buchanan explained clearly Marx＇s concept of exploitation. He argues that Marx＇s works contains three distinct concepts of exploitation ： exploitation in labor process in capitalism, the trans-historical exploitation and a general exploitation. He also makes strong response to several crucial objections to Marx＇s concept of exploitation. On the whole, Buchanan＇s interpretation agrees with Marx＇s thought, and helps us understand Marx＇s concept of exploitation fully and intensively.
