推动衡阳市文化产业跨越式发展的战略思考

在世界经济由传统的物质经济向未来的文化经济转变的时代背景下，把文化产业建设成为社会支柱产业，实现衡阳文化产业的跨越式发展，不仅具有客观必然性，而且具有现实可能性。文章提出了衡阳市文化产业跨越式发展的战略构想：一是要解放思想，更新观念，制定科学合理的文化产业发展战略规划；二是要立足本地，开拓视野，打造具有衡阳地域特色的文化品牌；三是要创新机制，培养人才，营造有利于文化产业大发展的社会环境。
