关于我国商业银行操作风险管理的探讨

当前,国际银行业正在积极研究加强和完善操作风险管理和监管的方法,近期国家审计署对农业银行的审计报告也反映出我国银行业操作风险管理与监管中存在突出问题。对此,本文重点从银行自身、外部环境和监管者三个角度对存在的问题进行了较深入地分析,并据此提出加强我国商业银行操作风险管理与监管的相关建议。

The Discussion about the Operation Risk Management in Our Country Commercial Bank

At present,the international banking industry is studying positively the methods of strengthening and consummating the operation risk management and the supervision.However,recently,the report of audit which National Audit Office operated to agricultural bank also reflects the prominent questions in our country banking industry in which the operation risk management and supervising and managing existed.This article,from the bank itself,analyses external environment and the supervision and management three angles' questions which have carried on the analysis,and puts forward the related proposal.
