| 摘 要： | 随着信息化、网络化进程加快,传统的档案管理模式已不能适应现代形势发展的需要,如何以创新的思想拓展档案多元化服务是一个值得档案工作者思考和探讨的问题。基于此,本文分析并找出了企业档案管理存在的问题和不足,作者针对这些问题做了有益的探讨,并提出了档案管理创新的思路与对策。
