| 摘 要： | 拖欠劳动者工资一直是受到关注的问题，新颁布的《劳动合同法》《调解仲裁法》对此有了相关改进规定，引入了支付令制度。本文旨在依照我国现行法律法规，分析在追索劳动报酬中适用支付令可能会存在的一些不利影响，并在此基础上提出了在追索劳动报酬中运用支付令应注意的相应问题。

| Abstract: | Delaying and owing the workers' wages is always a concerning matter,the newly- promulga- ted Labor Contract Law and Mediation Arbitration Law have had some related improving stipulations to it and introduced the payment order system.This article aims to analyze the possible disadvantage of applying pay- ment order according to our country' s current laws and regulations.And based on this,the writer puts forward the corresponding questions on application of payment order in pursing labor rewards. |
