| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力转移问题是关系到农村经济的繁荣和全面建设小康社会目标实现的重要因素,而通过改革户籍管理制度、改革现有的农村土地制度、加快对进城务工农民社会保障的立法和建立进城务工农民就业培训制度等法律对策的实施,能够促进和保障我国农村剩余劳动力合理、有序地转移。

| Abstract: | Transfer of rural surplus labor is a very important factor that affects the prosperity of rural economy and the realization of the target of building a well-off society in an all-round way.A proper and orderly transfer of rural surplus labor can be promoted and ensured through the implementation of some legal measures which includes reforming the household registration system as well as the current rural land system,and accelerating the establishment of the legislation in social security and the implementation of the employment and training system for rural migrant workers. |
