中国国际收支双顺差负面效应及制度因素分析

1994年至今,我国持续保持了经常项目和金融项目双顺差的国际收支格局,引起了国内外经济学界和政策决策层的热切关注。双顺差会给中国带来什么样的影响?其内在原因是什么?双顺差是否会延续下去?本文拟从制度层面对此进行分析,结论是持续双顺差的主要原因是中国外经贸政策和制度安排,而现阶段这种安排已经不合时宜,给中国经济发展带来了较大的负面效应,需要重新审视我国的外经贸政策。

Negative Effect of China's Balance of Double Payment Surplus and Analysis of the Factors Concerning Systems

Since 1994,great attention has been paid to China's international double payment surplus both in conventional and financial projects.What influence will double payment surplus have on China? What are its internal causes?Will it keep running down?On the basis of systems,it is concluded that the long-term double payment surplus is caused by China's foreign trade policies and the current systems,but at present the policies and systems are not so appropriate as to have brought in great negative influence on China's economy.So,China's foreign trade policies need to be re-examined.
