| Abstract: | This paper has done a research into the strengthening of staff's sense of masters to bring about the reform and advance of state-owned enterprises in the process of establishing and perfecting the socialist market econorny system.The key to the strengthening of staff's sense of masters lies in democracy and demonstration of the leaders of enterprises.This paper has also illustrated the necessity and vitality of the implementation of "the right to know"and "the right to participate". |
