| 摘 要： | 本文运用1999年至2002年我国上市公司四年的样本数据,以控制权转让中每股转让价格对每股净资产的溢价率作为对小股东权益保障水平的量度,采用异方差t检验,得出的结论是近年来我国小股东权益的保障水平是逐年得到提高。
