| 摘 要： | 针对农业工程类专业对人才培养的特殊要求，我们积极探索，逐步构建起农业工程本科人才培养模式。高素质复合型人才的培养是工程学院对人才培养规格的基本要求。以此为目标，优化理论教学体系，构建并实施实践教学体系。同时，提出了人才培养模式运行的保障措施。经过几年的探索与实践，学院在本科人才培养方面取得了较好的效果。
